Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow movements and breathing to harmonise and strengthen vital energy, known as Qi.

Accessible to all, it aims to improve health, flexibility, balance and inner serenity. Often used for wellness or preventive purposes, it is one of the energy disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine.
